Warranty Obligations



  1. The warranty implies that our products meet all technical and quality standards. The entire range available in our online store is confirmed by the manufacturer's warranty.
  2. The warranty period for our products is 12 (twelve) or 24 (twenty-four) months, excluding electrical devices.
  3. Warranty obligations are fulfilled provided that the buyer complies with the relevant requirements.



Warranty Terms



  1. To receive warranty service, it is necessary to have a document confirming the purchase of the product in our store.
  2. When installing a spare part on a car, it is necessary to provide a work completion certificate at the service station, where the data on the car and the list of performed works will be indicated.
  3. The warranty period for electrical goods is not established, however, we guarantee their operability at the time of installation.
  4. Failure by the buyer to comply with the requirements on which the warranty is based leads to the loss of warranty for the spare part.
  5. In case of detecting a factory defect, the product is accepted for diagnostics at an authorized service center. Warranty repair is carried out within the time limits established by law. In case of delay in the delivery of spare parts, repair may take up to 30 days.

Complaint Procedure



  1. A complaint is accepted if the product has failed within the warranty period.
  2. The buyer must inform the seller in writing about the complaint by filling out a complaint form.
  3. The complaint form must contain information provided by the seller.
  4. The seller analyzes all materials and makes a decision on the warranty case.



Return Policy



  1. In accordance with the legislation, the product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if it has no signs of use and is kept in its original condition.
  2. A product with visual defects can be replaced or returned.
